How Bassoka AS processes personal data on bassoka.no.

Bassoka AS, org. no. 937 294 735, is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. Send questions about privacy to kontakt@bassoka.no.
What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we store your name, company, email address, chosen topic and your message. We do not collect anything beyond what you enter yourself.
Why, and on what basis
We use the information only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on working together. The legal basis is that you have asked us to get in touch (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries sent through the contact form are deleted automatically 12 months after they were submitted. If an enquiry becomes the start of a client relationship, we keep what is needed for the work and to meet Norwegian accounting law.
Who processes the data for us
The website is hosted by Lovable, and enquiries are stored in a database provided by Supabase. They are our data processors and only process the data on our instructions. If data is transferred outside the EEA, this is done on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies for analytics or marketing, and we use no tracking tools. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you visit the site.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object to processing and receive a copy of your data. Email kontakt@bassoka.no and we will reply within 30 days.
Complaints
If you believe we process your data in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).
